Relationships and dating require skills, and finding the right person(s) and maintaining connection requires honing those skills. Our goal in working together is to empower you to have relationships that are healthy, courageous, and fulfilling.

We’ll compassionately challenge, explore and examine how patterned ways of relating might be holding you back, how fear gets in the way, and to guide you through discovering the skills and perspectives that support you in building nurturing relationships, and a life you love.

Who is Coaching a good fit for?

Coaching is for you if you are looking for targeted, short-term work to gain clarity and tools to face the challenges you experience in your life or in your relationships. If you are an individual, couple, throuple or more, whether monogamous, monagamish or open. I work collaboratively to create a space of inclusivity for clients of all backgrounds.

Coaching sessions are offered online via Zoom for individuals, couples and more, for folks living anywhere in the world.

Who is not a good fit for Coaching?

Coaching is a supportive relationship that allows you to discover the answers and skills within you. Coaching is not therapy. Coaching may not be a good fit for individuals, couples or relationships in a crisis of any kind, or for people seeking therapy services.
